The room had a lovely super king bed. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices! All staff were lovely and helpful. The team works effectively. The tea tray was very well stocked, though I didn't need much.

The evening menu was quite limited! I didn't find suitable options.

I found a dripping shower in my room. The shower curtain also smelled musty. It was not pleasant. I don't like being called "my lovely", though. Room service trays were not collected quickly enough. I saw trays with empty beer cans outside rooms the next morning. It was not great.
